Many students have experienced the power of the lightning hands of the Invisible Dragons Chinese Boxing system through intros, street fights and formal challenges. Intensive training in "Yang" is provided. Extensive Jee Yao Bok Gik, Sao Fot, Tek Fot and Chi Sao. Ving Tsun is very traditional in its approach and is taught the way Yip Man taught it.
