Cristian Butaru is President of the European Ving Tsun Kung Fu Federation [EVTKFF] & Romania Wing Chun Kung Fu Federation [RWCKFF]. Dai Si Fu Zeljko Popovic is First Vice-President of EVTKF, President of Balkan Ving Tsun Kung Fu Federation & Yugoslavia Ving Tsun Kung Fu Federation. Si Mo Iuliana Butaru is General Adjoint Secretary of EVTKFF and chief instructor for the women's section. Si Fu Balla Janos (Budapest, Hungary) is General Adjoint Treasurer and Chief of the Medical Comission for EVTKFF. Si Fu Phill Bradley (Phoenix, AZ) is Honorary President of EVTKFF and Technical Director of EVTKFF and a member of EVTKFF DC. Si Jo Don Grose is Honorary President of EVTKFF and a member of EVTKFF DC. Si Fu Vladimir Skubaev (Ukraine) is Vice-President of EVTKFF and Chief of the Buddhist School for the Ukraine and a teacher of the Sha Fut Fan School. The EVTKFF has affiliates in Austria, Bosnia Hertzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Jordan, Lebanon, Macedonia, Moldavia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Ukraine, Yugoslavia and soon in France, Israel and Italy. We've had one 2002 European champion and one bronze medal winner in the Open European Championship in Budapest, 2002. We represent all of Europe and promote official championships (combat, Chi Sau, Tao / with open sections for others schools).
