Notes: Wing Tzun is a progressive form of the traditional kung fu style. It incorporates all elements of fighting (long-range, short-range, striking, grappling, ground-fighting, weapons, sensitivity and specific fitness training). Although conditioned for brutal 'street effectiveness', there are some sporting and weapon aspects that provide the participant with a good all-round appreciation of the art-form and it's application. This and it's modularised training syllabus leads to student's of a superb quality. This form of Wing Tzun is unique to Northern Ireland. Richard Walker has been training in the Martial Arts since 1986, and has experienced a multitude of different fighting styles and real-life situations.
