I also teach Siu lum dao (1st form), Mook Yan Jung (wood post), and mook chu (wood ring) from the Wing-Chun system--I trained in these when I was in Chicago's Chinatown in 1982, with Si-Fu Jimmy Yee, at the Chinatown Athletic Association ( I don't think the building is even there anymore. My wife, son and I went there two years ago, and everything is new and remodeled on that side of Cermak.).
