- Cross hands down

Section 2: 20 movements
Wrist power training
- Left vertical punch
- Thrust the hand open
- Bend the hand down, then level
- Bend the hand down, then level
- Bend the hand down, then level
- Bend the hand sideways, then straight
- Bend the hand sideways, then straight
- Bend the hand sideways, then straight
- Circle the hand
- Bring the hand back to the side
Repeat the above with the right hand
Section 3: 12 movements
Elbowing section
- Left vertical elbow
- Left vertical elbow
- Left vertical elbow
- Left thrusing hand
- Right thrusting hand
- Bring the hands back to the side
Repeat with the other hand

Searching hand section (Man sau)

Section 8: 4 movements
Bending section

Note: normally there are three additional elbow sections performed by most Wing Chun clubs (including ours). These elbow sections add another 36 movements to the form to make it 144 movements. I am speculating that since these extra elbow sections really add no additional new
information to the form, that they are redundant. I think they were probably added by someone at a later date. With this theory, the first three forms all have 108 movements and they all have 8 sections to the
form. Since numerology and a sense of order was important in the Chinese culture, I feel that the above sequence is close to being correct because nearly everyone's third form has the movements listed above.
