Wing Chun Theory
Strongly built individuals prefer to use the hard aggressive external way of fighting. The external way of training which emphasizes the early development of and reliance on speed often brings dramatic successes to a reasonably athletic individual within six months. For military training or crash self defense courses, this is ideal. However for long term martial skills development this reliance on natural untrained ability will limit the success of the martial artist against stronger individuals especially in the later years.
