Haan sáo [? / hand, arm] - lower wrists with arms locked as in syooH lim tao form.
HaH loH [low / level].
HaoH gum sáo [back / pin, press / hand, arm] - pressing palm behind the back, as in syooH lim tao form.
HaoH máH [back / stance] - back stance, stepping back.

Hei [inner strength, energy, power] - in Mandarin "chi", in Japanese "ki".
Hèng mooi dam sei [light (not heavy) / treatment / the way to use] - (principle of) relaxed and effortless in mind and body.

Hing mui dom se see: hèng mooi dam sei
HoHk sáo [crane / hand, arm] - a high outside block with uplifted wrist and fingers pointing down.
Hòi máH [open, start, turn on (as a light) / stance] - opening up of stance.
Hòi sik [open, start, turn on (as a light) / ?] - opening the stance, beginning of the form.
