A new style of tournament fighting and forms from the teachings of the old Shaolin Temple. Mr. Anthony Arnett has been personally taught by Grand Master William Cheung for over 15 years and is considered to be Grand Master William Cheung's top fighter in the U.S. All of this experience has led Mr. Arnett to name this style of tournament fighting and forms in dedication to his teacher. "CHEUNG STYLE" is fast and furious with no boundaries or restrictions. Also "CHEUNG STYLE" is not afraid to explore the realm of creativity. All styles have punches, kicks and takedowns, but "CHEUNG STYLE" has a unique blend that seems to defy gravity and reason. With this style you can surprise your opponent with a fresh new approach to open tournament fighting. Most styles fit the student to it's structure, "CHEUNG STYLE" fits the structure to the student.

• Forms Tape:
  This tape deals with the procedures and principles used to compete in open tournament forms divisions and the policies. Also included are the rules and regulations in open form's competition along with many good pointers to become a successful open form's competitor. Demonstrated are traditional Wing Chun forms by Grand Master William Cheung along with modified forms for open tournaments taught by his Disciple Sifu Anthony Arnett for sport karate tournaments.

• Point Fighting Tape:
  This tape will introduce you to the wide world of Sport Karate Tournaments. Discussed are procedures, principles, policies and rules & regulations. Techniques are taught which will help you win on the open tournament circuit no matter what style of Kung Fu you practice.

• Full Contact Fighting Tape:
  This tape gives you the head's up on using your Kung Fu in Kickboxing (ISKA) or any sanctioned full contact competition. Grand Master William Cheung and Sifu Anthony Arnett will teach you how to take your Wing Chun or any style of Kung Fu into the ring and WIN!

Has competed in 23 circuits: Full Contact Kung Fu Champion 1985; Continous Sparring Champion, American Martial Arts Association 1991-1994; Division Champion, North Florida Martial Arts Association 1992-1994; South Georgia Karate Circuit Division Champion 1993-1995.
